Cody Knowlton

President and CEO

Cody Knowlton, C.F.R.E., joined BHFSA in 2012. His leadership enables the Foundation to fully enact its mission and vision.

Prior to the Foundation, Cody provided 18 years of leadership and service in the University Development office at Baylor University where he completed his tenure as Senior Executive Director.

Molly Dupnick

Controller

Molly Dupnick, CPA, joined BHFSA in 2022. She handles all financial and HR resources for the Foundation.

Molly brings to the Foundation over 20 years of experience in San Antonio nonprofits and foundations. Prior to joining BHFSA, Molly served as CFO at Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas.

Liz Cantu

Program Associate

Liz Cantu, CAP, has served BHFSA since 2006. Working closely with Brent Salter, she provides administrative and logistical support to grant-seekers, current and previous grantees, staff and trustees.

Liz joined the Baptist Health System in 1982 and held several secretarial positions as well as Database Coordinator/Staff Accountant for the former Baptist Health Services Foundation.

Brent Salter

Vice President of Programs

Brent Salter joined BHFSA in 2019. He is responsible for all aspects of the development, promotion, support, coordination and management of the Foundation’s grantmaking programs.

Brent brings to his role his experience as a former Director of Finance for a nonprofit organization.

Deborah Admire

Communications Manager

Deborah Admire has been with BHFSA since 2019. She handles external communication, event management and office administration for the Foundation.

Before joining the Foundation, Deborah served the Hill Country community as a pharmacy technician at H-E-B for 10 years.

By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as a wise builder, and someone else is building on it…  For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.
